General characteristics of stainless steel spiral drum

1. It is used for soaking, liming, acid leaching and dyeing all kinds of leather (cow leather, lamb skin, cotton skin, goat skin, etc.)

2. This is a drum shaped mixing drum made of stainless steel

3. The specially designed helical blade with angle can make the leather in the drum rotate continuously and uniformly.

4. The stainless steel welded drum body is rotated and installed on the heavy steel main frame, which has two front and rear support bearings.

5. The main frame is also equipped with a single screw pump as a circulating pump.

6. Leather loading can be realized by conveyor belt system or forklift, and leather unloading can be realized by reverse rotation of drum.

7. Drum flushing is realized through two blowdown valves, which are made of stainless steel and manual.

8. The mixing drum is equipped with heavy reduction gearbox and motor.

9. All mixing drums are equipped with stepless speed change control system and variable rotation speed range of 0-17rpm

10. All mixing drums are equipped with digital heating control system.
