1、 Prevention of paint rust: when the rolling bearing of the dryer is placed on the motor rotor for rotor dynamic balance, it is easy to put the iron pin caused by rotor dynamic balance into the rolling bearing, so it is better to do rotor dynamic balance before installing the rolling bearing. In order to facilitate the installation, some manufacturers apply some oil or vegetable grease in the rolling bearing room to moisturize the actual effect, but it is usually difficult for the actual operation staff to control the quantity well. If more oil or vegetable grease is accumulated in the rolling bearing room, it is easy to enter the rolling bearing along the shaft when the rolling bearing pops up. The rolling bearing room shall not be smeared with oil or vegetable grease. If it must be coated, it shall be operated. There shall be no accumulation in the rolling bearing room.

2、 Avoidance of installation dirt: as the rolling bearing of the dryer is a high-precision commodity, if it is not installed properly, it will easily damage the section of the rolling bearing and cause the damage of the rolling bearing. The rolling bearing shall be installed with a die shell and can not be knocked casually. When pressing into the shaft, only the circle bears the force, and when pressing the large ring, only the large ring bears the force. Standard pneumatic or hydraulic press shall be selected during installation. During riveting, the left and right molds shall be outside the level. If there is skew, the rolling bearing section will be damaged due to bearing force, resulting in guiding sound of rolling bearing.

3、 Installation method of rolling bearing: after the rolling bearing is pressed into the rolling bearing, it shall pop up easily without conduction block. If there is significant difficulty in ejecting, it indicates that the specification of the shaft is too large and the dimensional tolerance should be reduced. If the rolling bearing pops up with a significant "hissing" feeling after being pressurized into the bearing, it may be that the dimensional tolerance of the bearing is very large or the concentricity of the bearing is not very good. Therefore, the concentricity should be controlled when controlling the dimensional tolerance of shaft and rolling bearing housing. At present, many Chinese manufacturers only control the dimensional tolerance, not the concentricity.

4、 Selection and control of dimensional tolerance of dryer shaft and rolling bearing chamber: the service life of rolling bearing is closely related to production, manufacturing, installation and application. It must be done well in each stage before the rolling bearing can be in reliable operation, so as to increase the service life of rolling bearing.
