Second, apply martensitic nickel chromium alloy stainless steel plate to carry out electric welding at the electric welding place. Electric welding is required at many positions of three cylinder dryer equipment. Cracking and etching often occur in the application of old raw materials, which is very harmful to the service life of the dryer. However, the difference between martensitic nickel chromium alloy stainless steel plate and carbon structural steel depends on the characteristics of poor heat transfer, large coefficient of thermal expansion and high resistance during heating. With such characteristics, electric welding with such raw materials is required, and other methods shall be selected. However, the corrosion resistance of this kind of stainless steel plate is very good.

Third, apply antirust oil to the drying equipment: all components have been wiped with antirust oil in the original factory of machinery and equipment, but there will be some damage after application for a period of time. If the rusted position needs to be cleaned up first. Apply antirust oil again.

Fourth, passivation treatment and phosphating treatment are used for machinery and equipment. In production, many spare parts are made of carbon steel. If you work for a long time, it is very easy to turn into a lot of rust on the surface. You often need to carry out a lot of manual rust prevention treatment, which will improve the amount of labor. However, passivation and phosphating are mainly based on electricity and electrochemical corrosion, which can expose the original color of metal materials on the surface of rusty steel parts. In addition, they will continue to be transformed into a solid antirust treatment film on the surface of metal materials. After the application of this method, even if the drying equipment is placed in the wet and cold natural environment, it is not easy to rust. The application of this kind of method is very simple, which can save a lot of capital investment and reduce the customer's project investment. Passivation treatment, phosphating treatment and anti-corrosion method are applied and common anti-corrosion methods.
